The Director General is a social worker, Humanitarian and an adminstartor whose capacity built over the years due to his vast experience in Civil societ, NGO & political activies booast his career and accelerated his public image positively in doamin. He was born brought up in Lagos State, hails from Isiala Mbano LGA in Imo State, a devoted christain and committed member of Anglican church elected into the highest organ of Anglican Church called the Parish Church Council (PCC) in 2021 after his induction into Men's Fellowship by the Lord Bishop.

A graduate of Economics Education from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, He is a businessman and a consultant in both political and business facilitation, a project manager and youth leader per excellence with an impressive electioneering track record, diverse minded fellow with a unifying and unbias mindset regardless of ethnicity or religion. In conclusion, his social capital investment is a definition of a young technocrat and a patriotic citizen who have carved a niche for himself in the Nigerian socio-economic and political spheres.
